Queensland Marine Training Services offers the following Nationally Recognised Qualifications through a Distance Learning Program

  

  • MAR10418 Certificate I in Maritime Operations (Coxswain Grade 2 Near Coastal).
  • MAR20318 Certificate II in Maritime Operations (Coxswain Grade 1 Near Coastal)
  • MAR20418 Certificate II in Maritime Operations (Marine Engine Driver Grade 3 Near Coastal)
  • MAR30818 Certificate III in Maritime Operations (Marine Engine Driver Grade 2 Near Coastal) 
  • MAR30918 Certificate III in Maritime Operations (Master up to 24 metres Near Coastal)
  • MAR40618 Certificate IV in Maritime Operations (Master up to 35 metres Near Coastal) and
  • MAR40618 Certificate IV in Maritime Operations (Master up to 35 metres UPGRADE Near Coastal)

QMTS ALERT!  NEW online workshops and one-on-one tutorials!

Distance learning just got a whole lot better with these additional 1-on-1 tutorials and group training workshops, designed to give you the extra support you may need to succeed in your course.

The following timetable is now in place and available to all new and continuing students!

One on One Tutorials : Monday to Friday. 1 Hour Commencing 1730 each day.

  • Gain one on one contact with your trainer for individual assistance.
  • Students must book an appointment with the office at least one day prior to tutorial session.
  • Email your request to [email protected] with the subject heading: 1 on 1 Tutorial Request.

Online Workshops: Monday to Thursday. 1 hour commencing 1900 each day.

  • A one-hour training session as per schedule below.
  • Sessions will be recorded for student review.
  • Students must enrol in each workshop with the office at least one day prior to workshop.
  • Email your request to [email protected] with the subject heading: Workshop Booking
  • Workshops will not proceed if there are no enrolments.
